? ? slurry valveDue to its small size, low flow resistance, light weight, easy installation, and convenient disassembly and assembly, it solves common problems such as high flow resistance, large net weight, difficult installation, and large footprint of general gate valves, flat gate valves, ball valves, globe valves, regulating valves, and butterfly valves. The slurry valve includes a valve body, a valve seat, a gate, and a driving mechanism. There is a flow channel on the valve body, and the driving mechanism drives the gate to move. The gate and valve seat are sealed together to form a closed convection channel.
At present, a sealing ring is used as the valve seat in conjunction with the gate seal. However, due to the large impact of the slurry, the sealing ring is prone to displacement and deformation, resulting in leakage of the slurry and affecting the effectiveness of use.
To solve the above problems, a slurry valve with a sealing ring that is not easily deformed has been developed and designed.
The newly designed slurry valve includes a valve body, a valve seat, a gate plate, and a driving mechanism. The valve body is equipped with a flow channel, and the driving mechanism drives the gate to move. The gate and valve seat seal together to form a closed convection channel, including a U-shaped sealing ring. The valve seat adopts a type sealing ring, and the valve body is equipped with a U-shaped groove suitable for the U-shaped sealing ring. The U-shaped sealing ring has a sealing recess in the middle for the gate to pass through, and the sealing recess matches the size of the gate. The U-shaped sealing ring has elastic sealing parts located on both sides of the sealing recess, and a U-shaped frame is provided inside the U-shaped sealing ring.
According to the above scheme design, the U-shaped sealing ring is fixed in the U-shaped groove, and the gate passes through the sealing recess and moves along the sealing recess. In the process of gate movement, the gate compresses the elastic sealing parts located on both sides of the sealing depression, causing the elastic sealing parts to shrink and making the elastic sealing parts fit more tightly with the gate seal. At the same time, the gap generated by compression is for the use of the gate plate. The setting of the U-shaped frame is due to the influence of the slurry on the gate plate after it moves to close the flow channel, which causes the gate plate to compress the elastic sealing part on one side of the concave seal, resulting in a gap between the gate plate and the elastic sealing part on the other side. Long term compression of the elastic sealing part on one side will reduce its elasticity, thereby affecting the sealing effect when the gate moves. The U-shaped frame has the effect of fixing the U-shaped sealing ring, avoiding the displacement of the U-shaped sealing ring due to damage to the gate, resulting in ineffective sealing with the gate, and improving the service life of the U-shaped sealing ring.
