Standard requirements for the manufacture of ordinary slurry valves

Ordinary slurry valve generally refers to the slurry valve with relatively good environmental conditions, relatively low temperature of the intermediate medium, and less corrosiveness. Of course, there are also some special ones used in environments with harsh environments, high medium temperature and high corrosiveness. The slurry valve will not be introduced too much here. Today we mainly introduce the manufacturing standard requirements of ordinary slurry valve.

The manufacturing standard requirements of ordinary slurry valve are as follows:

     1. Except the valve plate and packing gland are made of 316L stainless steel, the rest of the valve body, valve stem, handwheel and support rod are made of cast steel or wear-resistant cast iron.

     2. The U-shaped seal of the slurry valve is made of fluororubber material, and the transverse sealing packing is made of PTFE packing.

     3. The thickness of the valve body and valve plate shall be implemented according to the domestic standard. Of course, the thicker the valve plate thickness, the better the effect.

     4. The valve requires a closing stopper. Under the premise of ensuring the valve seal, it can prevent the valve from closing too much, resulting in leakage or damage of the U-shaped seal.

     5. The handle adopts a double bearing structure and is equipped with a refueling point (hole) to ensure that the valve switch is light, flexible and easy to use.

     6. The soda ash factory is equipped with special equipment to inspect the material and defects of the slurry valve. If it does not meet the quality requirements, all the products will be returned according to regulations.
